Roger explains how he got into music-making, performance and poetry in the 60s. He recalls the success of The Scaffold and their collaborators Paul McCartney and Jimi Hendrix. He remembers being at Hull when Philip Larkin was there, his time in The Grimms, and his uncredited dialogue for Yellow Submarine. He reads poems about Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan, a current political poem and his updated Not for Me a Young Man's Death. Jarvis asks him what he thinks of art colleges and lastly he talks about the work he's done most recently.
